Privacy Policy

KaabilAI by MMN (“we”, “us”) operates KaabilAI on the web at kaabilai.com and as an Android app. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your name and email address
• Resume content you write or import: work history, education, skills, and the phone number, city and photo you choose to add
• Files you upload so we can import an existing resume
• Interviews: when you take a video interview we record your camera video, your microphone audio and a transcript of your answers, plus occasional still frames so a reviewer can check the interview was taken fairly. Text interviews record only what you type.
• Job searches, saved jobs, job alerts and the applications you send
• Messages you send us through the app or by email
• Usage data (feature interactions, AI credit consumption) to operate and improve the service
• Purchase records when you subscribe. Payments are handled by Razorpay on the website and by Google Play in the Android app; we receive the purchase status, never your full card or UPI details.

How we use information

We use your data to build and improve your resume, run interviews and score them, match you with jobs, analyse skill gaps, suggest upskilling, host your portfolio, and support you. Job listings may come from other job sites and aggregators; we do not verify every employer.

Sharing

• Service providers that run KaabilAI for us: hosting and database providers, AI providers (OpenAI and Google) that process resume text and interview answers to write suggestions, ask questions, transcribe and score, and payment processors. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Interview reviewers: people who work with us watch or read your interview to score it.
• Employers, when you choose to: applying to a job through KaabilAI sends that employer your application, resume and contact details. With Pro, recruiters at our hiring partners can see your profile, and we email you if one shortlists you.
• Google Analytics, to measure how the site is used (pages visited, device type and approximate location, never your name, email or resume).

We do not sell personal information. A public portfolio can be seen by anyone at the address you choose, so only publish what you are comfortable sharing.

How long we keep it

• Your account and resumes: for as long as your account is open.
• Interview video and still frames: deleted 90 days after the interview.
• When you delete your account, we delete your data after a 15-day grace period, except payment records and invoices, which Indian GST law requires us to keep for 7 years (without your name or account). See Delete your account for exactly what is deleted and kept.

Your choices

• Delete your account any time in Settings, or follow the steps on Delete your account.
• Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing privacy@kaabilai.com.
• Camera and microphone are used only during a video interview, after you allow them. You can take a text interview instead.
• Do not include sensitive personal data in resumes unless necessary for your applications.

Who KaabilAI is for

KaabilAI is meant for job seekers aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
