Resume templates hiring software can read

These are the same layouts as the KaabilAI editor, not stock mockups. The one column designs are the easiest for hiring software to read. Sidebars and header bands give up a little of that for a stronger first impression. Preview them here, then start a draft.

Template FAQ

Which resume template is safest for ATS?
Start with a one column layout in date order, such as Minimal ATS or Executive Chronological. Hiring software reads a simple order of headings best: Contact, Summary, Experience, Education, Skills. Sidebars and header bands can still work; they trade a little readability for software for a better first look for people.
Can I change colors after I pick a template?
Yes. Templates set the starting layout. In the editor you can swap colors, spacing, and section order. Pro unlocks unlimited customizing; Free includes starter themes.
Do these previews match the exported PDF?
They use the same layout engine as the editor. Export is PDF or DOCX from your draft. Free exports include a watermark; Pro exports are clean.
Is there a fee to browse templates?
No. Preview every look here. Creating a saved resume requires an account so we can keep your draft.
