The founding story
Built by someone who lived the problem.
“I didn’t invent a career tool from a whiteboard. I built KaabilAI after living the same broken loop candidates and hiring teams still face.”
I’m MM NAUMAN, a tech lead. I’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table: rewriting my own resume for ATS black holes, and shipping systems that score people in seconds.
That is where KaabilAI started. Not as a growth experiment, but as a fix for a problem I kept hitting: resumes that look strong and still fail the first cut, advice that stays generic, and matching that pretends you can become a perfect fit overnight.
Today KaabilAI is built by MMN with one rule: never invent employers, degrees or skills you have not earned. Clarity beats theatre.
Built from real friction
Guidance that matches how candidates and tech leads actually hire, not a fantasy funnel.
Honest matching only
Gaps stay gaps. We will not invent skills, employers or degrees.

What we believe
Three principles from the hiring floor
Good people were losing to bad signal
Too many resumes die on formatting and ambiguity, not on ability. The first screen should judge content, not luck.
Readable by software without looking dull
Design and parsers can coexist. Themes, spacing and section order stay readable for people and software.
Matching that stays honest
If a skill is missing, we name the gap. If it’s earned, we surface it. No made up career stories.
What we build
Design that stays readable. Matching that stays truthful.
Every part of KaabilAI answers one question: can a candidate understand how the system will read their resume?
Live resume previews
A real page as you type, so you see what recruiters and hiring software will actually read.
Design that changes the page
Colors and spacing change the resume itself, not just the editor around it.
Trust on both sides
Candidates get clearer feedback. Employers get a cleaner signal.
